WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UK

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

All Items on the website will be ready to ship, once your order has been processed it will be shipped via Royal Mail. You will receive an email with your dispatch and tracking details. Shipping will be added at checkout.

BESPOKE / COMMISSION ORDERS

Bespoke / commission and personalized orders shipping times will vary due to each being an individual project, once the design has been agreed upon please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks ( please be aware there can be delays out of my control with ordering materials ) for the piece / pieces to be handmade. If you would like updates throughout the making process, please request this during the design stages. on completion of your order it will be shipped via Royal Mail 48 hour service and a signature will be required at time of delivery.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are sent via email after being purchased.

ADDRESS / ORDERS

Please check all shipping details are correct upon purchase, FLORAL FOX will not be liable for replacing orders delivered to the incorrect address. Check all items you are purchasing are correct before you place your order.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER 

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if your order has not been started or materials purchased for your order.  Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment, for returns please read the returns policy.
